This is the second car I personally have purchased from Drew Elford in ten years and the second car purchased from Ricart in seven years. Ricart has been good to my family. Neither my wife nor I are huge Drew Elford in ten years and the second car purchased from Ricart in seven years. Ricart has been good to my family. Neither my wife nor I are huge car enthusiasts so we look to purchase for necessity, dependability and within our budget. With that said, there is a reason I continue to go back to Mr. Elford. He is upfront and honest with me every time I shop with him. He helps me identify my needs and makes sure I am getting into the car I should before we ever talk price. He is not just a great salesman but rather someone that focuses on customer service and custoemr retention. I was dead set on walking away with a four door luxury sedan, but after a couple weeks of communicating back and forth with Drew we agreed that this was not the car me or my family needed at this point in my life. Drew had me come back in and look at a couple different options he had in mind. At the end of the day, I am the proud new owner of a beautiful Tahoe with only 30k miles loaded with third row and all features I never imagined. We could not be happier. The SUV is sweet and Ricart's guaruntees made it that much nicer.
