I bought my SUV on my birthday. What a great birthday present. Dave was a really nice, friendly guy. He listened to all my needs, stayed within our budget, and answered all of my silly questions. Even thought I didn't get the car I really wanted(Toyota Rav4) Dave was very helpful in helping us find a good nice reliable car that I could be proud of owning and afford without regretting it later. I don't remember the finance/title guys name, but he was really nice and helpful. He was very fast a though, and went over all of our option for all the little extra insurance you could get. I wish I could remember his name. I think it was Jim of Jeff. I couldn't read his signature on our paper work. He made our business transaction very personal in talking our friends and family. My experience was great as far as customer service went. I was able to get into a car on my own, with out a co-signer which was very important to me.
