I have now purchased two cars from Steve and both experiences have been GREAT! I purchased a Cadillac SRX a few years back and recently sold it back to Steve and purchased a Saab Turbo. Steve went out of his way to meet every requirement I had (which I have to say isnt easy!). I have recommended Steve to anyone who even mentions they are in need of a car and I will continue to do so in the future. My husband will be purchasing a truck/suv in the near future from Steve and I know any future purchase I make, who I will be calling! I am not a fan of the typical salesman and its hard to find someone you can feel comfortable buying from. I do not like to feel pressured and I like to know what I am getting. The service and vehicle were well taken care of for us. We were very pleased with how well the man did our final paperwork and worked with us on our budget. However, a couple disapointments would be as follows: we traded in two vehicles full of gas for the one jeep , and were not given a full tank of gas with the purchased vehicle. Never have we had this problem before. Also, though it was nice for you to provide free popcorn- I found it disconcerting that we were required to purchase our own water. Every other place we have been to had complimentary drinks and snacks. It would not hurt for you to maybe add some toys as well, as most vehicles are sold to families and the wait is long for us, but very long for children with nothing to do. More
