What an awesome experience I had buying my first nice car with Lauren, even with a tough market, I told her what I wanted and after about a half hour I was test driving the exact car I envisioned. My son bought his first car from here on July 25 2022. He drove the car for a day and it went bad. Ricart did make it right the next day. Problem comes when the switch the paperwork from the original ca He drove the car for a day and it went bad. Ricart did make it right the next day. Problem comes when the switch the paperwork from the original car to the new one. It is September 10 and we are still dealing with issues. He has paid his first car payment for a car he doesn’t have yet ( explain in a minute). After he paid his payment he got a call he was late on his car payment bc he still had the loan for the original car as well. So that being said it hurt his credit. We have been in multiple times to get this corrected and it’s still not right. His second car had some damage when he bought it but it was scheduled to be fixed and it’s getting fixed now, but like I said he bought it 25july22 and we still don’t have the car yet. They did make it right by giving him a over night test drive car so he could get back and forth from work. But being this is his first car buying experience it has left a bad taste in his mouth which is expected. Things still aren’t right and they need to be made right soon. More
