The price of the car was more than I wanted to spend, but as he said why pay less for something that I am not happy with, when I can a little more and totally love the car. More

We had researched the process of purchasing a vehicle prior to our visit at Ricart Ford. Entire experience was excellent. Submit a request to drive the vehicle sometime Sunday after Ricart opened at noon. Wife called a little before noon and got Steve. About 10 minutes later I got a call regarding my internet request. I wasn't very optimistic about connecting over the internet, but I was very impressed with Ricart's super fast response. Steve was just great. Answered all our questions. I did not feel pressured. Steve had all the paperwork ready for our review on the inspection and service Ricart had done. He also had the Carfacts documentation. Steve was very polished in talking about the vehicle and the sale. He has excellent customer service skills. Steve handed us off to Brian temporarily so Brian could complete the closing documentation (temporary registration, sales statement, etc.). Brian then took us to the cashier. Steve then met us and got us on our way. Ricart had done a great job in detailing the truck. Really help me to chose to buy. I had never been to Ricart's before but will definitely recommend Ricart to others. Thank you for a great experience, Jack Lyon More

The paperwork process was a pain and not done in a friendly, informative way. They do it hundreds of times but I do it once every 3-5 years. I would like to move a little slower and have some explan friendly, informative way. They do it hundreds of times but I do it once every 3-5 years. Best experience ever buying a vehicle, from salesman to manager,to finance dept. everyone was friendly, courteous, took all of 2 hours and we were out the door with a 2010 f150. I appreciate the opportunity to buy from your dealership. Unfortunately, although everyone advertises a 'no games' type of interaction with their customers, this is what I had to do. I first test drove a Unfortunately, although everyone advertises a 'no games' type of interaction with their customers, this is what I had to do. I first test drove a Solara with Glenn about a week ago (which I ended up purchasing). I liked the car and it's features, however I was not ready to make a purchase at that time, as I still wanted to do some shopping around. Glenn did a sales write-up with the aforementioned price. I inquired as to if the price could be adjuster to below 12k, however he informed me that he was unable to do so. I called a couple days later, again asking if the price could be adjusted, since he knew I was interested in the car. Again I was told that he couldn't go below 12k. I *think* it was on a Thursday or Friday in which I noticed the price had been lowered to $11,750. I called and asked if the price could be lowered to $11,500, but was told that that couldn't be done, so I jokingly said "I'll call back in a couple weeks and maybe the price will be lower". On Monday of this week I submitted an offer through the website for $11,500. I received a call later that afternoon and was told "If that price is what it takes to earn your business, we'll accept it", which of course I immediately made arrangements for the purchase. While I understand if I come across as pushy, I feel like Glenn wasn't really interested in making a sale; if my initial offer had been accepted some real time and energy on everyone's part could have been saved and there would have been one less car on your lot a week earlier (I believe it had been for sale for about 90 days). Additionally, if several days later after the test drive the price went down from $12k to $11,750, Glenn could have simply made that adjustment to begin with. I *DO* appreciate the final price adjustment however. Bryan (Brian?) was quite helpful. More
