From the minute we arrived we were treated as a guest, not a prospect. Shawn did a great job questioning without it feeling like we were being grilled. He interacted with us in a friendly but very profess not a prospect. Shawn did a great job questioning without it feeling like we were being grilled. He interacted with us in a friendly but very professional manner, listened attentively and was clearly informed on his product. When we asked anything he wasn't able to answer, he was quick to go retrieve information from his manager, Steve. While we had some challenges with credit, both Shawn and Steve treated us with nothing but respect. They were clear when explaining options and as accommodating as they could be. Shawn made it easy to want to work with Ricart on our 4th car purchase there. This experience continues to solidifiy our plans to reward Ricart with our business because they never take it for granted but strive to earn it every time. More
