We have bought a total of 3 cars from Dan Grimes. Each time he has been great and found us exactly what we wanted within our price range. We just recently purchased a Chevy Trailblazer. When we drove the blazer for a test drive a dash light came on. Dan immediately got the paperwork for us to go to Service and get things taken care of. We were treated great and Service took care of all the issues. It took several weeks (one issue was AC). The Service Dept (Cindy Price) was awesome as well - each time providing us with a rental/loaner car. Ricart is our number one car shopping location - and Dan is definately our first choice salesman!
