I went to Ricart Ford to look for a used Ford Escape that I had seen online. I was referred to David via email; for used vehicles. The one I had seen had already been sold the night before. I told David I wanted an automatic and a vehicle that sits up higher with low to medium mileage and I wanted an Escape. I was driving a 5 speed Chevy Aveo and was ready for a big upgrade. He made my experience a wonderful adventure. He took us thru the lot to look at what was available and there were quite a few to choose from. My son and I both loved the test track, that was cool. I was alittle nervous about how much my payment would be, especially when I am used to buying vehicles with no fancy upgrades because I couldn't afford them at the time. Now I have a wonderful Escape with a moonroof, thats automatic and a bunch of other wonderful features. It drives great and is easy to handle... Love it!!! All I want to do is hop in and drive!!! He was very attuned to the kind of car I was looking for and steered me away from vehicles t I received from Ricart's and from Brandon in particular. We decided to trade in a used mustang we bought through Brandon last year to purchase a used truck. We were happy to see Brandon again when we stopped because we had such a good experience purchasing the Brandon last year to purchase a used truck. Within a month we were back at Ricart to look at and purchase a used truck that was really only one criteria short of my list. White wasn't my first choice but it's since grown on me and actually quite appealing. Brandon was really helpful and pleasant to work with. We'll go back to Ricart anytime we're looking to buy a vehicle just to deal with Brandon again. More

When my older car broke down, I looked at many dealers around Columbus. I checked out Ricart and Steve Holsinger showed me several cars/SUVs in our price range. After test driving a few, Steve found a K around Columbus. I checked out Ricart and Steve Holsinger showed me several cars/SUVs in our price range. After test driving a few, Steve found a Kia with one previous owner and low mileage. I had little info on Kias, but with Steve's input and knowledge of the cars on the lot, this was the car I bought. Steve was able to get the pricing to the payments I was looking to spend. I have had no issues with the car to this point and continue to use Ricart's service center for maintenance. Will definitely look to Ricart and Steve when another car is needed. More

WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE DEALERSHIP JOHN THORNTON HAD OUR 2007 LINCOLN NAVIGATOR OUT FRONT WITH BALLONS ON IT ALL SHINY & CLEAN & READY TO ROLL !!!!!
