Johnny Blu was the best car salesman I've ever dealt with. During the search for a newer model used vehicle, many I talked with many other dealerships and left them my information. I left my information with several other dealerships that never called me back even once. Johnny was persistent in finding me the right vehicle for my price and was very easy to work with. In the month that I worked with Johnny, I bet he called me over a dozen times with vehicles to look at and just to keep tabs with me. I normally do not enjoy working with sales people, but Johnny was different. He told me that we'd find the truck I wanted for the price I wanted and he pulled through. I went to ricart in 2009 to buy my first car and Steven sold it to me! I recently went back to trade that car in to upgrade and I was able to work with Steven again! Overall I was very satisfied with my experience at the Ricart Used Car Factory. The only thing I would have liked is if they had checked the tire pressure before I took the car.
