My overall experience with Richart has been good. Always getting me a car to drive home while the Nissan was in the shop, giving me constant updates on the status of the vehicle, and always making sure that I was a happy customer. I HIGHLY recommend Angie and Ashely to anybody needing service done. They both know what they are talking about, listen to the customer, and help you in every way to get you back on the road safely. Shawn was personable. He took the time to get to know us and what our needs were. We came in focused on Honda Odyssey and Toyota Sienna, but Shawn pointed us toward a nice Kia. We had not previously considered Kia and after a test drive and some homework, I became convinced that it was a good deal. Shawn also knew the vehicle we were looking at and helped explain the controls. Steve (Shawn's manager) was also very helpful - explaining the carfax data, the easycare features and working with me on the final price. This is the second vehicle I have purchased at the Ricart Used Car Factory and I felt I got a good deal both times. I would certainly recommend it to friends. More

While we liked our salesman, the financing department was terrible! What should’ve taken 1-2 hours to purchase our vehicle took 4 hours. The finance guy tried to tell us he couldn’t accept our outside financ terrible! What should’ve taken 1-2 hours to purchase our vehicle took 4 hours. The finance guy tried to tell us he couldn’t accept our outside financing and that the “best” financing he could get us was almost double what we had already secured before walking into the dealership. What a load of crap!We were ready to walk and he then came back to the table and said “We are just gonna give it to you because we don’t wanna fight with you on this” Ummm… you didn’t “give” us anything! We still paid for the vehicle and for the price you were asking! Terrible liars in the finance department. My suggetion is, if you buy from this dealership, make sure you already have your financing secured and unless they can beat that offer be prepared to walk. We will never suggest this dealership to anyone! More

We had been researching both new and used cars on the internet and had visited one other dealer before we came across Ricart's used car site. The prices quoted for the used cars was intriquing enough to internet and had visited one other dealer before we came across Ricart's used car site. The prices quoted for the used cars was intriquing enough to get us to visit. When we explained to Jerry what we were looking for and had been looking at he took all of the necessary time to show us the vehicles we were interested in, showed us a couple of others for comparitive purposes, and we drove two cars. Then we asked for prices on two different vehicles so we could decide. No one pushed hard to get us to the higher priced vehicle after we had made our decision. Altogether it was a pleasant experience on a task that my wife and I both dislike. More
