Was not satiisfied because of receiving only one key remote with vehicle (2011 Hyundai 5,554 mi.) Car also had paint scrapes on front end at bottom of bumper that was not seen on day of purchase. Talked to salesman who suggested that I caused this damage. Also during this coversation Mr. Haywood stated he would look into my complaint and get back with me. He never called. I called back left a message for Mr. Haywood, and once again he did not return my call. I called and asked for a used car manager and was told I needed to speak to the Leader of Mr. Haywood's team who was not available, but he would call me. No one ever called. Customer Service called to see how my buying experince was. I told them everything as stated above and she said she would look into it. Once again I never heard back from anyone at Ricart. More
