Dallas called me immediately after I posted that I wanted to test drive the Chevy Equinox. He was very patient and detailed in going over the details of the car. He handled all my crazy jokes and antics very professionally. I have known Rhett Ricart for couple of years and we are really amazed and impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff at Ricart. More

I saw a few preowned vehicles on Auto Trader and called Ricart to inquire on them. Jerome answered the call. I found him very informative and pleasant on the phone. He spent time with me on the phone an Ricart to inquire on them. Jerome answered the call. I found him very informative and pleasant on the phone. He spent time with me on the phone answering my detailed questions. He provided detailed answers back after personally visiting each auto I had asked about. I decided to see one of the vehicles and the only day I could leave Cincinnati to drive to Columbus happened to be a day that Jerome wasn't working. When I arrived, Jerome was there and had the vehicle ready and waiting for me. The test drive went great. The purchase experience was pleasant and I felt comfortable. I then met with Tom to review paperwork. He was organized and pleasant to work with. I thought both gentlemen were very professional and it was a good experience. More
Cory was very police and very helpful. I did like seeing dogs in the dealership and liked watching American Pie while waiting. My experience with Ricart was very positive. Basically they were the most competitive price for the vehicle that I wanted. There $200 air-travel reimbursement was what put it over the top. They were very they were the most competitive price for the vehicle that I wanted. There $200 air-travel reimbursement was what put it over the top. They were very easy to deal with. I know its hard sometimes to deal with car sales associates because you feel like they are taking advantage of you. But if you do your homework and find the competitive price that you are looking for then the negotiations go out the window. I was willing to pay the price that Ricart Automotive had and the transaction could not of went smoother. Jeremy Tudor took care of us from beginning to end. From picking us up at the airport to setting up the Sync system as we were driving off the lot. More
My salesman was knowledgable about the car, had it waiting for me to test drive when I arrived at the dealership, and he's a lot of fun to work with! I was nervous about going to any dealership but w waiting for me to test drive when I arrived at the dealership, and he's a lot of fun to work with! I was nervous about going to any dealership but within a few minutes felt very comfortable with Joe. I have called a few times after buying the car and he has been quick to answer my questions and offered to help me set up radio stations, etc in the car that I couldn't figure out. It was an all around great experience and I highly recommend Joe. More
Overrall a decent car buying experience. Financing was a bit of a headache...the wait was about 45 minutes from time of sale to sitting down with the finance representative, but it was Saturday and the show bit of a headache...the wait was about 45 minutes from time of sale to sitting down with the finance representative, but it was Saturday and the showroom was busy. Made me wish for the days when a car was bought one day and and picked-up the next. Walking the showroom aimlessly among crying children, frustrated wives and stressed-out sales reps can be a real "buzz kill". From walk-in to delivery was a little over four hours. That is a long time when you factor in that I test drove just one car, that was on the showroom floor, and immediately sat down to buy that car. I used to love buying cars. I'm a car freak. That said, today's car buying experience tends to be reminescent of an assembly line process devoid of relationship building. Perhaps that is as it should be given that commerce is morphing into keystrokes, robo-calling and phone attendant menus. Too bad. In closing, although I was pleased with the price, financing and the car I bought is okay. The romance formerly associated with purchasing that one symbol that seperates we Americans from virtually every other society on our tortured little planet was missing. I'm not a marketing guy so I don't know what it is, but whatever it is, I missed it. More
