Steve was very patient with me trying to help me find the car that was best for my financial situation. He picked out several cars that might fit my need and then brought them up for me to test drive. All th car that was best for my financial situation. He showed me the features, explained how they worked, and answered my questions so I could understand in order to make a decision. All along he had a great attitude even when he was getting rained on!! He worked hard to get the best deal for me! Now as a woman not knowing much about buying a car he explained things very well and made me feel at ease. I have already in just 24 hours told a couple of friends and family members how hard Steve worked for me. I can tell he must be a great asset to Ricart. Brandon was honest and straight forward which is a pleasant surprise compared to other car salesmen that I have dealt with in the past. The only disappointing part of the transaction was that when I r pleasant surprise compared to other car salesmen that I have dealt with in the past. The only disappointing part of the transaction was that when I returned on Friday after purchasing the truck on Tuesday the vehicle had not been cleaned or fueled as I was told that it would be. Brandon was off from work on Friday and his associate was the person that I asked about the cleaning and fuel. From a customers perspective I had just spent nearly 28K on a truck and the guy lets me walk away irritated because he was not willing to wash the truck and gas it up which may have cost the dealership an additional $75. Again, Brandon was outstanding but I think that he should have followed up to make sure that what he had promised his customer was complete even though he was off from work when I picked up the vehicle. The other salesman that informed me that they would not be sweeping out the truck and washing it was very matter of fact in making his point of view known. It was clear to me that this second Ricart Ford employee was not making any money on the deal so he could care less whether or not Brandon's customer left happy or irritated. I am not looking for anything I just would want to know this information if I owned that dealership. Again, Brandon was great and I would return as a customer to deal with him again. However, this other guy should be taught that every customer is potentially another sale down the road and should be treated as such. More
