Johnny was very helpful. Was dissappointed in the trade amount on our 2007 Escape, but we wanted the car and so we agreed. Overall the time spent was good. The only thing I was disappointed in is when we left with a purchased vehicle from your company, we had less then a quarter tank of gas in the vehicle. We had to get gas before we left Cols.
