My car buying journey started with Jeremy who wisely recommended Robert. Robert took the time to show me ALL of the cars that interested me as I had not yet whittled down my list of what I might want. recommended Robert. Robert took the time to show me ALL of the cars that interested me as I had not yet whittled down my list of what I might want. We test drove them all, he showed me features and listened as I chatted to myself about the cars I was driving. I went back in to limit my choices and worked with Matt who made sure I had what i needed to make a final decision. Once I decided what I wanted, he worked with me to make sure that I could pick it up in a timely manner and than made sure it was all perfect for me to drive away on pick-up day. No pressure - at all - ever - AMEN! So far (day 2) I love my new (used) car. The only thing that could have gone better was getting it in purple Carol More

I'm looking to trade my car in a couple of months. so I wanted to see some cars and prices. I had previously purchased from Ricart about 12 yrs ago. I thought I'd see what was in the inventory and option wanted to see some cars and prices. I had previously purchased from Ricart about 12 yrs ago. I thought I'd see what was in the inventory and options if I wanted to trade. Mr. Burton was friendly and knowledgeable to give me options. He gave me suggestions and I'm going to come back in a few months after I get my bonus at work. It was nice to see that Ricart has definitely kept up its high standards in service as well inventory. Mr. Burton said he'd keep an eye out on the inventory for the car I'm looking to purchase. More

Dustin was great and very friendly. He worked very hard to find a vehicle that would work for us. Overall it was a great experience and my husband and I will be going back to Ricart and Dustin the next ti to find a vehicle that would work for us. Ricart had a good selection of used cars and Dustin has a good knowledge of most all of them. The car we chose fit almost all of our needs and Dustin was thorough and honest in our negotiations. Joe was very friendly at all times. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in buying and helped us make comparisons which lead to our final decision.
