We filled out on online form to have our van appraised. We really wasn't in the market for another car, we just wanted to sell that one. He called several more times.. he wanted to run our credit to see if we qualified for another vehicle, even when my husband told him we didn't want another vehicle. My husband got off work, and took the van to Ricart where he sat for over an HOUR. He told them he was waiting for Matt.. who by the way, never showed up... Finally Richie Vasbinder came over and spoke to my husband. Richie was wonderful, and we love him!! He was the ONLY GOOD EXPERIENCE WE HAD WITH RICART! I have been hung up on by rude receptionists, we had to fix our own vehicle that had an issue from the day it left the lot. I'm still waiting on a $400 overpayment check a month later...... I will NEVER EVER EVER purchase another vehicle from Ricart. T More

Russell is a new salesman having been with Ricart for only a month. He did a great job. He does maybe have a few things to learn, nothing specific, but with us he was very good. I guess if I were to say anything he might improve upon, it would be that he could be a little quicker to think of the customer convenience in little things... putting an X where customer needs to sign or at least point to location... (that is very minor), offering something to drink if taking a long time, that's about it... and as I said, nothing major. He was assisted by Steve Holsinger and Steve was very kind as well. As always, after the deal is sealed, so to speak, one wonders if they got the best price for trade-in and for purchase of the newer used car but that is always hind-sight. We like the car and know we will get alot of mileage out of it. Also, Michelle was the finance person who worked with us. She was very friendly and seemed to know her stuff, so to speak. The process did take us probably 4 or more hours which we were not aware would be the case when we arrived at Ricart. But on the other hand, it was all done in one visit and we did not have to return another day to pick up the other car, sign more papers at that point, etc. as we have done in the past in the small town we moved from. More
