Jerry was very friendly and listened to what I was looking for and help me find the right car. He didn’t pressure me into anything and was very willing to work with me to find the right car. The buying experience was good overall, but I did experience an issue with the car the day after I bought it. I purchased the car on Saturday 05/12 and the check engine light came on the next day. I understand the used car I purchased as-is but I didn’t expect to have an issue so soon after purchasing. I can’t hold this against the salesman, as he did a great job assisting me. I am calling the dealership this morning to see what I can do about the check engine light and I hope my experience continues to be a good one as we work to resolve the issue. More

The customer service given to us was good. I had pre-applied online, so when I got to the dealership I already had a name of a person to talk to.
