Overall a good experience. Matt was top notch. He was prompt with returning our calls and answering our questions. The vehicle was also very nice and everything it was stated to be online. The price was super competitive. I wanted to negotiate more, but in the end I agreed that it was priced at a very fair number. I was also impressed with the facility. It's the largest well kept dealership i've ever visited or worked with. The supporting staff and other sales people went out of their way and were very friendly. My only compliant was the finance lady. I found her to be quite loud and pushy. On one level I appreciated her aggressiveness having a sales background myself but in today's world not listening and single mindly pushing only your agenda backfires in my business. I seriously considered not buying the car because of her bahavior. But, in the end, I decided the other factors mentioned above out weighed the one bad apple if you will. Thanks! More

Joe Hollenbach was absolutely wonderful to work with. We knew what we wanted and what we could afford and Joe worked with us to make the sale happen. We needed the car treated by "the odor doctor" and he came in and met with us in his day off to make sure we were satisfied.
