Russ was very patient! We were shopping for a car for our teenage daughter that would last her thru college and it had to be at the right price point. I give bad ratings for Quality of Work and Price because of the following reasons: 1. The car I purchased from them has a problem with the center console glove box/coin box that it wouldn't close. Their of the following reasons: 1. The car I purchased from them has a problem with the center console glove box/coin box that it wouldn't close. Their service department is supposed to call me to set up an appointment for fixing it. It's been a week and I haven't heard from the service department yet. 2. I almost pulled the trigger on a Nissan Maxima and also got a good deal on it. Drew gave me almost $1500 off on the internet price. Later I changed my mind and went for an Altima instead. This time, he did not reduce a penny. Why do you think? Of course because the Altima was lower priced and I had to take it for whatever price they were offering or go for the higher priced Maxima. It was a win-win situation for them and they exploited it to the fullest. That's bad business ethics. Among the things that went good, I was never pressured on my purchase and was given plenty of time to make a choice. If they didn't drop the ball as described earlier, I'd have highly recommended them to all of my friends. More
