Marc greeted us promptly on our arrival. I knew what I wanted and he didn't try to talk me into anything else. He took us directly to the model we wanted and provided good feedback about the different opt wanted and he didn't try to talk me into anything else. When the right options weren't avaialable on the lot at that time we went home empty handed but Marc found what we wanted in Ricart's new arrivals and let me know quickly. We came back to the dealer and Marc took us right to a very nice example of exactly what we were looking for. Negotiations were tough but fair. I feel Marc represented the dealer fairly and didn't BS us. We were able to make a mutually agreeable deal and I appreciate that he treated us respectfully and stayed friendly even when things got a little heated. I would buy from him again. I also liked Tom in Finance. He was able to answer all my questions and most importantly not push anything I didnt want. I was in and out quickly and understood the entire process. Joe was very patient and considered all our needs for a recent used car. There were a few items about the Fusion that he couldn't answer, but otherwise he was knowledgable. We did seem to have an inordinate wait (perhaps 45 minutes) once we made a decision and sat in the waiting room before talking with the business office person. She was much more sales oriented and emphasized a long term warranty. This was the first we had heard or considered such a thing. We decided to go for it, partially because of the sales pitch and because we just wanted to get out of the dealership at this point. We came home disappointed in that decision and after more research called the next day to cancel (we had 30 days to cancel). We talked to the business lady involved and she was very cooperative. Ricart might want to prepare buyers with info about the long term warranty options to be considered during their wait. We are now stuck paying more monthly than we wish to, though it will go to the equity of the car and not any long term warranty. Otherwise, we would go back to Ricart and work with Joe anytime. The selection of recent used cars was much more extensive than any of the other dealers we reviewed. More
