I thought the service was acceptable. Ray helped me out and got me a great car. I felt pretty comfortable with him. The Ricart online sales price was by far the best price in the region for what we were looking for. Drew Elford provided good service and did not pressure the sale. It was refreshing to see that he recognized that my wife and I knew exactly what we wanted and took a step back to let us decide if the vehicle was right for us while still being available for any questions that we had. The finance dept did a great job as well. I asked them to match an online interest rate and they came back and beat it by a few tenths of a point...on a late Saturday night no less! My only complaint was that I didn't check how much fuel was in the vehicle before we left and the fuel light came on just 15 miles from the dealer because there was so little fuel left in the tank. We did not trade in a vehicle so I cannot comment on that aspect. More
