We had been looking for a Mustang convertible, and had been looking at '08 to '10 models because that seemed to be our price range. We came to Ricart to look at a '12 model because your internet price was been looking at '08 to '10 models because that seemed to be our price range. We came to Ricart to look at a '12 model because your internet price was within range of the '08 to '10's we had been looking at. The '12 model was exceptionally clean and extremely low milage. We are thrilled with the car, and have been enoying driving it very much. We were very satisfied with our sales experience. John was very helpful answering questions and was not "high pressure". He even stayed late because we got stuck in traffic on the way there. But John knew we were coming from a fairly long distance, and stayed until we got there. I appreciated your on site test track as well. Just like your ad says, it gives you a better feel for the car than just a ride around the block. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would recommend Ricart to any friends or family looking for a vehicle. More

I was greeted as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle in the parking lot. I went on a Saturday which is a BUSY day for car dealers, especially this one since it's so large. I met with Mike who had called m the parking lot. I went on a Saturday which is a BUSY day for car dealers, especially this one since it's so large. I met with Mike who had called me and wanted to have me come in with some more documentation to get the financial side cleared. We quickly got out to the lot and were looking for great quality cars that were fairly new (5 years or less and 50K miles or less) that would be in my price range of around 15K. I spent 3 hours with the dealership today between paperwork and the time I spent on the phone getting Ohio insurance (switching from PA to Ohio). I was on the phone for nearly an hour, but Mike was patient and waited for me to make sure I got what I needed so I could get the car I wanted/needed. Everyone was friendly and helpful. There were more than enough employees to assist every customer coming into the User Car Factory (at any given time there were 3 or 4 employees waiting on customers to come in so that no customer had to wait for immediate service). The selection was very large, especially for my 15K price range. There were a solid 15-20 cars in that price range with the low miles I needed. The option to add a 6 year/100K mile warranty for about $20/mo was also a fantastic deal. The car I bought only had 16K miles so it was a no-brainer! If you do opt out of that, their cars do come with a 6 mo/7500 mile warranty which is still good for a great used car. Even for someone with not-so-great credit, I was able to get financed. Ricart works with a HUGE selection of lenders so they can almost always find a lender willing to take a chance on you. When you're a dealer this big, you can make companies take your business! More
