I knew nothing about Ricart until I found a used vehicle in an online search that was listed by Ricart. I submitted a request for information via email that night and was contacted by Ricart's internet serv in an online search that was listed by Ricart. I submitted a request for information via email that night and was contacted by Ricart's internet services group the next morning. The internet rep, who was very helpful and responsive, put me in touch with my sales rep Chad. Chad was very easy to work with giving me his cell phone number and answering all of my text messages. When we came to look at the car, it turned out to not be the car for us. We did find another vehicle on the lot that was a good fit for us and ended up buying it. The transaction was done that night, financing and all. All of this was done with NO pressure which was the BEST thing about working with Chad. He was also very forthright with information and willing to work with us. The vehicle still needed to be detailed so we didn't take it that night. Chad took care of getting the car detailed the next day (Sunday of a holiday weekend!) and delivered it to my home the following afternoon! I hate shopping for cars and Chad made the experience easy. I'll be back in 3 years when my daughter starts driving! More
