I couldn't be more pleased with the treatment I received from Brandon at Ricart. He provided me with good information, friendly and up front demeanor and was eager to meet my needs in every respect of the from Brandon at Ricart. I also want to include Bob Teal, since he was most cooperative in closing my payment options, allowing me to get a better rate than he had orginally wrote up for me. My only "complaints" were Bob and Brandon trying to pressure me into purchasing an extended warranty on my car. Also, I'm pretty sure the "rock bottom" price I was told wasn't as low as it could have been, according to the research I did online. But, I liked the car so went with Ricart's "best deal possible." The rest of the dealings and personal treatment were superb. Not as low-keyed as my hometown dealership that I've always used, but outstanding for a "big city" dealership.
