worst experience i have ever had I cant believe what they did to me. they told me I was approved for a loan and called me 5 days later after signing everything and sending me home wit I cant believe what they did to me. they told me I was approved for a loan and called me 5 days later after signing everything and sending me home with a car to tell me I was not and I had to return the car. Edwin Berry lied to my face about business hours. and all three of them tried to refuse to give me any sort of document saying that the car was never in my name and that I would not be billed for anything. I had to fight to get that. I can't believe they could sell you a car and take it back. They are liars and will never do business with them again. More

I was contacted promptly within a few hours and made arrangements to meet and discuss the vehicle. The sales representative was Brandon Byrd. He was very thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable about the vehicle and gave me a fair trade in value for my vehicle as well. The process was simple and pleasant. He also helped my wife and I entertain our two boys by letting them play x-box in the lounge as we were waiting on the paperwork to sign. I could not have been more impressed about not only the dealership, but by Mr. Byrd and his professionalism. He came down in price immediately to a price that I found to be well below other lots with similar cars. He also followed through with some added items that I picked up at a later date. The overall atmosphere at Ricart was quite different than other car lots that I had been visiting. It simply seemed to be more pleasant, upbeat and enjoyable. Excellence Nathan Parker did a phenomenal job spending time with me throughout 2 days. He didn't pressure me into buying, but did communicate urgency. I liked that he was very upfront and didn't try to act like he knew everything. That's what turned me off from buying at Germain on Morse Road. Nathan took the time to carefully go through each possibility with me. He knew when I came in Friday that I wouldn't be buying that day and he wasn't in a rush to get to a possible other buyer that day. Because of that, I came back go Nathan to buy the car. I was very satisfied with the APR I received and the overall deal, even though the price off was what I originally asked for. On a side note, I did have to do the used car lets make a deal with one of the managers. I would have preferred working with Nathan without help from a manager. Worth the drive! My wife and I were looking for a late model Acura online when we found our new "used" car from Ricart. We called the 800 number on the website and wer My wife and I were looking for a late model Acura online when we found our new "used" car from Ricart. We called the 800 number on the website and were promptly greeted by Senior Sales Associate,Joe Hollenbach. Joe patiently answered all of our questions regarding the car and even asked another sales associated to give the car a "sniff" test to make sure it wasn't a smokers car (a request of ours). Despite pouring rain and a forecast for snow in late March, the price and the description of the car by Joe convinced us to invest the time to drive the 85 miles from Cincinnati to check out the car, and we are glad we did. Joe had the car pulled up and ready to go for a test drive when we arrived. After the test drive we made up our mind that this was going to be our new car. Amazingly we filled out all of the paperwork and drove away an hour later! I couldn't have dreamed of a smoother, more pleasant buying experience. It was so good in fact we asked Joe to start looking for a new used car for our teenage boys. I highly recommend Joe and the Ricart team if you are looking for your next car! More
