ok experience Chase was great in explaining about the suv. Everything in working order. But when cd player didn't work. He wouldn't own up. He even explained to me that it was a 6 in dash cd and its not the back like most cars and it works. But didn't happen, he had the guts to lie in front of his manager as well. With his manager just saying to me rudely...you don't have to buy the car if u don't want too. But overall ricart has always been great to my family for the last 24 years. More
