The good, the bad & the ugly I found the car on-line and met my sales rep Gabe Lieb after scheduling an appointment the nice young man made himself available even though he had nu I found the car on-line and met my sales rep Gabe Lieb after scheduling an appointment the nice young man made himself available even though he had numerous customers when I arrived, they have a thousand cars but Gabe was surprisingly knowledgeable of my particular car. Don't worry if you are a walk in though, there's 20-40 sales rep anxiously awaiting you inside. Now you expect to haggle on price when you buy a car, but this dealership says the internet price is it, however I didn't see that in print anywhere or on-line. I feel if this is their drop dead customer price they should put it in print somewhere, otherwise it's worth bringing your attorney and paying him for an hour to negotiate for you. Overall the paperwork process was very quick but I have no idea what the heck the 20 pieces of paper I signed said, I got the feeling the administration lady would have preferred to be at a Holiday barbecue then explaining what you are signing. The other issue is they will tell you things they found wrong with the car but it was confusing what they addressed and what they didn't, ASK. Overall I give it a 7 out of 10 experience. More

Best Dealership by far After I checked out Ricart's used inventory online, I realize that I couldn't find as many lower mileage cars at great prices in other dealer's invent After I checked out Ricart's used inventory online, I realize that I couldn't find as many lower mileage cars at great prices in other dealer's inventories. The selection was great. I came in wanting a Mustang with low miles and I left with one at a great price. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and have been to many dealers whose sole purpose is to sell you a car. Ricart sells it's brand. And nothing speaks your brand more clearly than how you treat your customers. I recently bought a used car from Rich at the used car factory. He listened to my needs and set me up with what I wanted, not what he wanted to sell me (like so many other dealers) He was extremely friendly and made sure everything I wanted, I got. Then after my wife and I worked out the details we got to meet Chris Wright and he really drove home the gratitude Ricart had for us as customers. He set us up with some extra options and took the time to give us free tickets to a ballgame and answered all my questions I had forgotten to ask Rich. These guys are top notch at the Ricart Used Car Factory. I hope the service department is this great because these guys make me feel the drive to Ricart will be worth it. More

Zach took the time to show us vehicles we thought would be good. We drove 2 units but as it was getting late we decided to come back the next day. On Saturday we drove a Mitsubishi Outlander and I fell in love with it. Brandon Byrd and Zach were both very helpful. After we made our purchase everyone else we dealt with were helpful and friendly. He spent time showing us many models of the model and make of car we had had in mind when we arrived at the dealership, and he did it all without rushing us in any way. He skillfully helped us in our thought process when we had to decide between two of the cars to select the one we eventually chose. He was kind enough to even get us a couple of Pepsi's and also had a great sense of humor that was fun. Nearly everyone at the dealership smiled at us as they passed by and were very friendly overall.
