Experience I've been to one other dealership besides Ricart. They were very nice there. After deciding upon the car the finance depart had me approved and signing paperwork in no time. Was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours. Made for a nice Sunday afternoon. Conflicting information I came to ricart used dealership to pay cash for a car and to give 3,500 for my daughter a down payment. There was at least five men just standing there and only one ask to help us. After being there for 3 hours they were unable to help me. I was willing to spend 18,000 dollars at this dealership but their customer service was terrible and the manager told me one thing over the telephone and when I came in another manager told me something else. Needless to say, I went to another dealership and was treated completely different. I would not recommend ricart to any of my friends, family or co-workers. More
