After I signed my papers, I was very excited to get in my new car and drive home. Once I got home I realized I left a very important item given to me from my grandpa in my old vehicle. I immediately called Ricart that evening but they were already closed. I called again first thing in the morning and they said they would look and give me a call back. once I got the call back they said, they said they could not find anything in car. I explained where it was but they had no luck finding it. so after work I went to Ricart myself to look. I searched my old vehicle and could not find it. Jerome, Catrice and myself came to the conclusion that someone who works for your company had stolen the object from my old vehicle. My Grandfather was a Deputy Sheriff for 25 years in Franklin County, a Air Force Veteran and also work Gang Task force in Cleveland. When he passed away one of the items handed down to me was his night stick he used as a Deputy. This is the item that was stolen from my vehicle. I find it disgusting how your employees think they can take from peoples old vehicles like that. I put my trust into Ricart and you stole from me! My grandfather is a very well respected man in his county and it makes me sick how someone at your company stole one of the last things I have to remember him by. Before this happen I said I would recommend Ricart to all my friends and family. now after being violated and disrespected to, I would never recommend any service from Ricart to anyone! once I told my friends and family what happen they were also disgusted and vowed to never go to Ricart or recommend them. The supervisors, managers and the owner should be ashamed of them self, for letting their employees think its right to do this to paying customers. More

I saw a car online that I was interested in and contacted the dealership Saturday evening about the vehicle. Shawn reached out to me Sunday morning and was prepared by the time I got there. He was extremely personable during the visit and was more than willing to look up information about other vehicles that I inquired about as well as explain the process to me since it was my first time financing a vehicle. He was very professional and made the experience stress-free. Great customer service! And in the end, I drove away with the car that I wanted. Thanks! More
