These gentlemen went far above and beyond my expectations to accommodate me and even took the extra time to share a wealth of knowledge about the pros and cons about different vehicles (even to the point where they advised me to select a comparable vehicle due to the history of the make/model of another one I was considering). Quite simply, these gentlemen are Professional, Honest, Ethical, Caring, Attentive to my personal needs, Efficient and Flexible. I didn't feel an ounce of pressure and was even advised to "take my time" and come back when I was "ready" and more comfortable. Mark my words that I will highly recommend these gentlemen to my friends and family but in closing, not only will I select Ricart in the future but I will also make certain that I will deal directly with Ray and Herb!
