Extra effort goes a long way Ray was very helpful. Things didn't start off well, when the car I wanted to test drive had a flat, but he took the car right over to service and call Ray was very helpful. This was my first time buying a car at a dealership and he made it very easy. Drew handled all my paperwork, and explained everything in layman's terms for me. He also has a Rose Bowl ring. Once everything was done, I had a rental at the time and Ray followed me over to Enterprise so that I could drop it off, which made everything even more convenient. In 5-6 years (hopefully) when i'm looking for another car, I'll definitely look Ray/Ricart up first. More

Thought I had no chance, but they helped! The car had been totaled before! Needless to say, I did come up with a small down payment and they called me as soon as they found something within my budget and my needs/wants. Brian O Malley is a newer salesman but he was friendly and had a good sense of humor but seemed knowledgeable too. John Thorton was also really excellent on helping us finance the car even though it seemed as if it were not going to happen. Everything was really great, hope the car stays running well and then I'd have an awesome car lot to go to anytime. More

However, we decided to give Ricart a try since we wanted to trade in our vehicle for something newer with better gas mileage. We worked with David Whitt and he was wonderful. He listened to our needs, was very down-to-earth, honest, and friendly. Never pushy. Because of him, and the finding the car we really liked at a really good price, we decided to buy. All went great, my only complain was that it took awhile to do the paperwork. All-in-all, it was a great experience and I would definitely go there again. Also as a side note - the washer fluid hose on our newly-purchased car popped off and caused all the fluid to leak out the bottom of the car. We called and they got us in immediately to the service department and fixed it promptly. Yay! More

We had no idea what we wanted model wise and he was so patient and understanding. Our past experiences buying vehicles with dealers have been so lengthy, frustrating, and the sales peoples were just way to pushy, but Ricart showed us a whole new experience! We will be returning for our future vehicles and I can't say enough great things about this dealer. They have a huge selection and if you can't find something, then you must not be serious about buying. They have everything and a huge selection of each model.
