When I came in, I was very distressed with my current car & felt I was at a dead end. I went in & was greeted at the door by Shawn. He is really GREAT at what he does! He knew the car specs & was very personable AND was literally a book of information on the car I was looking to purchase. Many times in sales you feel like you've been "fast talked"... I can honestly say Shawn was very honest & thorough! I will never purchase from any other dealership. They really took care of me. I NEVER leave reviews on my retail experiences; however, this one was too great to keep to myself! THANK YOU SHAWN... L-O-V-E my new Chevy Impala! More

When we told Shawn approximately how much we would like our payment to be, he was able to work around that goal without a problem. The application process was a breeze. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Shawn again! More

Very Disappointed Customer Overall my experience at Ricart was incredibly disappointing. Over the course of the weekend I spent 8 hours in the dealership. I had found the car Overall my experience at Ricart was incredibly disappointing. Over the course of the weekend I spent 8 hours in the dealership. I had found the car I wanted to purchase within the first hour. The rest of my time was spent sitting around waiting for employees to help me finalize my purchase. The saleswoman who helped me, Catrice Mitchell and Chris Wright were both very helpful and I think they did a great job. My wife and I returned to the dealership Monday evening to sign the final papers. I was told on Saturday it should not take more than one hour. They had us sit in the waiting area for 2 hours. I was told numerous times that it shouldn't be more than a few more minutes. Finally, I asked a salesman to tell Jerome Richards I was leaving in 10 minutes if i am not helped. 10 minutes I was helped but greeted with a smug apology. When I finally got the key to my car I asked for the second set of keys for my wife. I was told that I needed to visit the Chrysler dealership and could have one made for around $150. Also, there were NO floor mats in the car. I could not help but feel like I was 'nickel and dimed' the entire way through this experience. Later in the week I took a survey in which I expressed how unhappy I was at their dealership. I received an email saying a representative will be contacting you soon. No one ever did. I also wrote an email where I expressed how I would like to speak to somebody. No one ever took the time to get back to me. In my opinion their customer service is non-existent. I could not be less happy with my car buying experience and I would urge all future car buyers to look at other dealerships and only go to Ricart as a last resort. More
