"What A Joke" Was going to purchase a used car from them, had gotten pre approved and set a meeting time to drive and sign. When I had gotten there the sales person Was going to purchase a used car from them, had gotten pre approved and set a meeting time to drive and sign. When I had gotten there the sales person wasted my time looking for a vehicle that was not even on the lot then said that it had sold earlier that day. So please be careful on dealing with there internet sales. Also got poor customer support on this issue, it must be nice to be so large that you don't have to care about your new customer base!!! Bought th Truck i've Been Wanting I had been looking at a truck on Ricarts inventory for a while. After going one weekend and looking at it, I returned to make a decision. After test driving, negotiation was pretty smoothe as well. Paperwork took a while to get all processed and done, but I suppose that's expected.
