Great Experience when in the past I could not say that. I had a terrible experience with Ricart years ago but saw a Ford Fusion that I was interested. I decided to give them another change. I'm not sure if it is because Rick is now running the day-to-day operations but I was treated with the utmost respect from Michelle, Khalin Moore and Shawn Cotrill as well as another manager who I did not get the name of. I did not deal with bait and switch, nor did I have to deal with feeling like I was being treated with disrespect. I was able to look at a large number of cars so my choices were NOT limited. The price that I paid for the car and the price for my trade in was very reasonable. Thank you! I was truly one happy customer when I left that evening. I will be back and will be recommending Ricart to anyone who is looking for a new car. Keep up the good work. More

Careful of the add on sales!!!!! Overall Charles in sales did a great job, you finance dept dropped the ball with the after sales not letting me know of the hidden charges. I've left multiple messages and even emailed them and still have yet to receive a response. I didn't have this problem at all until they received my money.
