Left there at 9pm on a Saturday with the understanding David was going to run the numbers when he came in at noon on Sunday and call us by 1pm. No phone call and was already in Columbus so we showed up at the dealership at 2pm. He had not even ran the numbers....then after being told our payment range was definitely doable they came back with an outrageous number. They lie, do not follow through, and will not work with you unless you have a cash down payment. I made two trips to Columbus and wasted two whole days for nothing. Will never go back More

Used Truck purchase I've never been a fan of the Ricart brand or company. But I was looking for a used Ford 150 and knew they had a large selection of used trucks. I didn't let pride stand in my way and went to see what they had to offer. Greg Hosler was easy to work with, listened to what I wanted then found it in the ocean of trucks they have for sale. I knew what I wanted and what a fair price for all would be when I went in. I got a better deal on my trade than I expected and they even got me a better rate than what my credit union and every other bank in town. I highly recommend Greg if you are looking for deal on a used car or truck. More

Rick went out of his way to make this experience seemless. The level of professionalism and the ease of purchasing made the long trip worth the time and cost. NEVER ASSUME I wanted to first say that I have over 30 years of car buying experience both new and used, and I realized, after the Ricart car buying experience, th I wanted to first say that I have over 30 years of car buying experience both new and used, and I realized, after the Ricart car buying experience, that I have certain assumptions. You know what they say about assume, it makes an ass out of you and me. Well, I’m the ass or at least the poor sucker who was taken advantage of at Ricart car dealership on July 16, 2014. I was looking at 2 used Toyota Cameries, one with all the bells and whistles, including a sun roof, which according to my salesman, Greg Hosler, I could not live without and the other, a more basic Camry, without the sun roof. Unfortunately, I chose the one with the sunroof. As soon as I finished signing the papers and the car was brought around, I knew I had made a mistake. I assumed the following: 1. The plastic covering the floors would be replaced with Toyota or any floor mats 2. There would be an ash tray and lighter 3. Their would be a Toyota Camry instruction manual 4. I would be given 2 keys, one for valet and one with keyless entry. 5. Finally, tires with no nails in them. None of these things were available. I was given the valet key and told I could get a second valet key for cost from them. No floor mats, ashtray, or lighter were available for the car, it was “AS IS”. I did manage to scrounge the Camry manual from the other car. So, I drove home with, my “AS IS” Camry, becoming more angry with each mile. When I got home, I called several local Toyota dealerships and found out that if I wanted to get a keyless entry key it would cost $ 430 to have it programmed for the car. I immediately called Greg, my salesman, and asked that Ricart pay for the key. I was told No, the car was “AS IS” and passed over to a manager, Brandon Byrd. By this time, I no longer wanted my “Sunroof Camry”, but I thought I was stuck with it. Thank God for the Motor Trend 36 hour return policy. If your car is certified Motor Trend, it can be returned and exchanged within 36 hours. By this time, Brandon, was promising me floor mats and a 2nd key, if I kept the 1st car. I did not keep the first car but exchanged it for the basic model on July 17,2014. When I took the basic model for a spin I noticed that 1 of the tires was low, both in appearance and according to the cars tire pressure number. I told the salesman, Greg. After purchasing the 2nd car, still no floor mats, ashtray, or lighter, but I did keep the manual. After being told that their key person would call me, I was able to get Brandon to agree to pay for half of the key, which was $75 on August 1, 2014. However, on July 24, 2014, I had to pay $135, to replace a tire with 2 nails in it. When I called Brandon to ask for Ricart to pay for the tire, I was told that the nails were not picked up at Ricart’s and that I must have picked them up somewhere else. I told him I had talked to Greg about the low tire and was told “all the cars in the lot had low tire pressure from sitting and that Ricart would not pay for the tire. So on top of the cost of the car, I am out $205 as well as purchasing floor mats. I don’t smoke so the ashtray and lighter are not crucial, but it was a good place to store change. I will never buy another car from Ricart and I will tell everyone who will listen that they should take an inventory of what’s in the car and not ASSUME. More
