I worked with Ray Pasco, and with his efforts, we were able to find the car. The car did not have an owner's manual, and he promptly followed up and ordered one for me. He made the purchasing process fast and smooth as I had very little time on my hands. I've never purchased a used vehicle prior to this, so I was a little nervous about it, and he assured me that I was getting a good deal. More

Since Ricart is almost 2 hours away from my house, I wanted to avoid it. I finally broke down and looked on their website. It showed several cars that I was interested in. When I got there I was greeted by Brian. He was awesome! We looked at several cars and I test drove my 2 favorite. When I decided on "The One", he did everything that I requested and I left happily in my reasonably priced, new (used) car. I was there for several hours that day, but it was an overall good experience. More

They listened to my complaint I had a complaint about a used vehicle that I had purchased "As Is". I took it back the next day and aired my complaint and after a few minutes of di I had a complaint about a used vehicle that I had purchased "As Is". I took it back the next day and aired my complaint and after a few minutes of discussion, the manager told me they would take the vehicle in, check it out, and if they found that my complaint valid, they would fix it at no charge to me. I agreed to pay half the cost if my concern was unfounded. They discovered that my diagnosis was correct, they fixed the problem, and there was no charge to me. I felt that this was a generous action on the dealer's part because I did purchase the vehicle "as is" and they could have been hard nosed about it, but they listened to my complaint and did the right thing. I am very pleased with the result and with the vehicle I purchased now that the issue I brought to their attention has been resolved. I would highly and wholeheartedly recommend the Ricart Used Car Factory. The staff people I worked with were very courteous, friendly and helpful. I will definitely return to Ricart to look for my next vehicle. More

Need full coverage insurance! I found a very nice 2008 Explorer Eddie Bauer. Called and talked to Scott Doe. Very nice to talk to. Called before leaving to look at vehicle to make sure was still there the next day and he sais he would have it cleaned and ready to drive when got there. Arrived and checked it out and was ready to drive and found out you can't drive a vehicle with out full coverage insurance. Almost lost a sale because on that. we had 2 other vehicles to look at and just about walked out. Scott drove it the way I would and helped us out tremendously. Not his fault! was called 2 time from other dealers while we were there. Ended up buying anyway. Scott and everyone were very nice and helpful. Thanks again Scott for all your help! It Takes a while to do the deal but there is a lot to do. Some don't understand that. More

She had not seen the new gadgets, etc. on the newer cars. Khalin Moore first greeted us with a friendly hello and welcome to Ricart and asked to be of assistance. We told him what we were looking for and the price range to stay in and he worked with us for 6 hours or more. Even though the two choices my mother in law chose were one in used cars and the other a new car, she chose the new car. Khalin works in used cars and really wouldn't benefit from us buying a new car, he was still gracious and helped us all the way to driving the car off the lot. We really thank him for his patience and kindness and expertise and knowledge of all the cars we looked and asked about and would highly recommend him and Ricart to anyone that wants to purchase a car. Can not say enough good things about this young man!! More

There was an issue with a door sensor, which my husband noticed the day we test drove it. We were told that day that it had been fixed. It was not. Now that I purchased the vehicle, no one will help me get this issue resolved. The car thinks my door is open at all times so the interior light stays on. I have called 4 times today and no one will return my phone calls. They got their money they so they don't care about me anymore. I have no been treated so poorly or been so disgusted with a car dealership. I do not appreciate being lied to or being given the run around. This should be a simple fix but Ricart is doing nothing to help me. If you're looking for just a good deal, go to Ricart, but if you expect for anyone to help you once the car comes off of the lot, forget it. More
