They started out telling us we couldn't get the car we wanted and then after 5 hours came back to us and said we could get the 1 we wanted. The salesmans manager went back and forth with us until he got the maximum amount out of us. They totally screwed us with the trade in amount also! Overall it was a very exasperating experience! However, the finance guy was very good. He was able to get us a slightly better deal that also included the warranty! More
