great upfront terrible when issued the buying experience was ok except they didn't have the car I saw advertised on-line. less than 2 months after buying clutch went out on my car. I took it to a local dealership. they advised the transmission and clutch had been out of the car once before. interesting on a car with 6k miles. so warranty wouldn't cover it. called Ricart for days and after 20 or so calls was eventually told that's not covered and they would reimburse me. they told me if I can get the car to Ricart 2hours away they will split the cost. obviously a car with no clutch can't get to them without a ridiculous tow price. so I paid out of pocket 1300$. then showed Ricart the proof from the other dealership that the parts were bad and still nothing. this was 2 plus years ago. normally I don't even bother with reviews but since they had the audacity to send me this request for feedback I had to say something. the lack of follow up and ownership was despicable for a dealer that prides themselves in customer loyalty. does your leadership team know what that phrase means. even if you were not going to cover have someone own up and explain the details instead of having me chase down answers. but trust me I understand you got the sale and made revenue goals. More

Don't plan on test driving more than two cars!!!!! This was the 6th time I have been to Ricart and NOT bought a car. The first two times the salesman told me to go home and "get my husband"! I told h This was the 6th time I have been to Ricart and NOT bought a car. The first two times the salesman told me to go home and "get my husband"! I told him I didn't have a husband and he told me I should "get my dad or some man that could help me!" This was done to me twice! I decided to go back because they had cars I was really interested in and figured they could not be as far behind the times now. Well, needless to say they never cease to dissapoint me!! We came interested in 6 different cars on the lot. We were told by the salesman that they usually don't let you test drive more than 2 or 3 at the most. We got 3 test drives in and were tryin to test drive another car and here comes the manager saying that it's basically wasting their time!! I AM THE CONSUMER!!!! REALLY?????? JUST COULDN'T BELIEVE IT!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I SET FOOT AT RICART!!! More

Customer Service is Great at Ricart! We bought a 2012 Ford Escape in early October from Scott Doe at the Used Car Factory. Scott was very friendly, polite and was able to explain all the features of this vehicle. It was one we'd seen on Ricart's web site and we were pleased that the price didn't change from what we had seen on the Internet. Scott didn't try to "hard sell" us. After we purchased the vehicle, we had to make several phone calls to Scott to ask about features or work that had been done. He was very gracious and understanding. He even went on line and activated our free 3 mo. satellite radio service for us because we didn't know how to do it. We had one problem with a slight tugging of the steering wheel to one side that we noticed after we purchased the car and the company fixed this problem promptly. In 2011 we had purchased a Hyundai Tucson from the dealership and we had had great customer service from them for that car also. We'll purchase any future cars from this dealership! More
