Just saying.. I had looked at another dealer ship & found one ready to buy & got cold feet. Went to Ricart Used car Factory with some cars already in mind from onl I had looked at another dealer ship & found one ready to buy & got cold feet. Went to Ricart Used car Factory with some cars already in mind from online. Got greeted quickly by Russ Donahue. He worked with me with a good attitude. Test drove a few & decide on a Buick. Then worked with Brandon Byrd to complete the deal. Love the car so far... My only complaint is " NO CAR MATS " !!!! So if your buying a car, you might want to double check for mats.. Just saying More

Once I decided to make the purchase, we drove to Ohio. Ray even advised me where to stay when we arrived. The next morning we picked up the car and were back on the road.
