I told him what I wanted and what parameters I had. He delivered both of my expectations. Buying a car can be pretty boring and time consuming. We were in and out in 2 hours. We fell in love with the Toyota and although we were considering a Toyota at another dealership, the car and warranty were the reason we bought from Ricart. Never Again My name is Michael Hubbard. We found a 1999 F250 they had just got in about 3 weeks ago. They told us it hadnt been to service yet and we couldnt driv My name is Michael Hubbard. We found a 1999 F250 they had just got in about 3 weeks ago. They told us it hadnt been to service yet and we couldnt drive it - I understand. We left our info and they said they would call. Never did so we called them. They said it was ready so we drove from Orient & the truck was still filthy & hadnt been to service. 2 days later they called said it was ready. Nope still dirty but we drove it anyways. The brakes didnt work because of broken brake line & spilled Diesel fuel on the ground. They said they will fix it & take care of us. 2 days later they called said its ready. Nope truck still wasnt washed & they lost the keys. @ days later its ready we drove it & liked the truck. They listed it for $13,900. when we set down to buy it price was $15,900 no negotiation. So much for taking care of us. What a Bunch of IDIOTS! More

Bought a used Honda Odyssey from Ricart after a fair amount of online research: top 3 in online pricing, easiest to work with in Dayton/Columbus area for used cars. I talked to Chase Butcher over the phone and I liked his style, which held true through the purchase...rare. At show time there were three vehicles I wanted to test drive, and after having put Chase through the ringer with minivan inspections, aggressive test drives, and car washes he managed to keep his bearing when I low balled, demanded to haggle, and walked off the lot. As a military member I appreciate the minimal amount of politics, games and overhead normally associated with the car buying experience. Ricart's fair prices and reliable used vehicles brought me back to the table after Chase & management remained engaged with their customer. My 7 month pregnant wife, three sons, dog and mother in law drove the Van safely to our home in Colorado Springs shortly after purchase: you can trust the Ricart team. Finding a group of simple honest Americans leveraging capitalism (where customers get a vote) to keep reliable vehicles at fair prices, makes me proud to serve this country. Motor Trend Certified = Zero at this dealership Motor Trend Certified is a joke. The vehicle I test drove could not have possible been inspected by an ASE certified mechanic. If it was, the mechanic Motor Trend Certified is a joke. The vehicle I test drove could not have possible been inspected by an ASE certified mechanic. If it was, the mechanic is either incompetent, apathetic, or has no integrity. Tires would not pass the minimum tread depth as described by Ohio law. They were at the wear indicators. Also, the heater core was leaking. The interior had an overwhelming odor of anti freeze and windshield was covered with a greasy film of coolant. Radiator level was low and the coolant reservoir was bone dry. The Ricart Sales manager refused to let me have it repaired by a competent service department of my choice under the "Motor Trend Certified" warranty. I drove about 160 miles to view the vehicle and the salesman was aware of this prior to my arrival. From my experience, don't let anyone tell you that there is any advantage to the Motor Trend Certification. Motor Trend obviously does not enforce any standards at the dealerships that offer this "program”. I am not an auto mechanic by trade, only by hobby, The major issues that Ricart is willing to overlook on their Motor Trend Certified used vehicles is obvious to even the lay person. My advice is to look elsewhere to purchase a used vehicle. More

Greed at its highest level and taking advantage of hard working people getting back on their feet. Total price for car was around 28k really. Loan shark...
