Had what I needed at a fair price without having to haggle. My wife and I went out looking locally in our home town, about 50 miles from Columbus,for a good used SUV and could only find cars at or above 90K mi My wife and I went out looking locally in our home town, about 50 miles from Columbus,for a good used SUV and could only find cars at or above 90K miles. Of those we saw, one had a 60 day 2K mile warranty, the others were "AS IS". My wife looked on the Ricart web site and found a 5 year old SUV with 36K miles. The internet price was the same as we had seen for higher mileage cars locally. We drove up on Saturday morning, were greeted upon arrival, drove the car, and made the purchase. The car is as near as like new condition as you could hope for and the internet price was about $2000 less than what KBB said I should expect to pay. It also has a 6 month 7500 mile warranty along with several other service perks for a year. Our salesman and all others we dealt with were very friendly, professional' and knowledgeable. The salesman came back several times in the process to check on us to see if we had any questions or concerns. The whole experience could not have been easier. One hint, if you go on Saturday, go early. It was staring to get pretty busy by the time we left. More

So after him leaving a sour taste we walked out not to return for a week. On our second visit we had a great overall experience with our salesman Cody Green. We also had a great experience working with Chris Wright and Brandon Byrd. I would most definitely return to Ricart in the future as well as refer friends and family to Ricart. More
