Two car purchase at one time Our initial contact with Chase was excellent - not pushy, but knowledgeable and wanted to make sure we found what we were looking for. We did, both my wife and I each needing a car and finding what we wanted in the extensive selection. When the process moved on to a new person past Chase to make the deal, I was a bit surprised that our pricing wasn't indicative of them wanting to make a 2-car deal ($35,000 in sales); not only did we have to haggle a little, but my wife had to inform them of the discounts on their website, which saved us $1700. (Lesson: do your online research before visiting, and ask!) Waiting for a closer was way too long, and this is where their biggest customer service flaw is - 60 sales people, 6 closers. We waited 1 1/2 hours. I also didn't like that the loan amounts we were signing off on didn't itemize the expenditures beyond the sale price; what we agreed to and what ultimately was on the loan were vastly different, and no way to understand how much was tax and other services figured into the loans. Overall it was fine, certainly everyone was very friendly, and I would go back, but I will insist on seeing the breakdown first before signing next time. Not that I think there was anything shady - I just like to see it so I know. More

He searched every specification I gave him before pulling the cars that met my needs up to the front door, so that we wouldn't be walking the ENTIRE lot. I had a pretty hefty list and he managed to find me a vehicle that was within my price range, met almost all of my demands, and was in great condition! Each step of the process was handled by a friendly and knowledgeable professional. They each took the time to thoroughly explain the documents and options available to me. It was a great experience! More
