Not impressed This review is for both sales and service. I bought a 4-year old car here at the end of last month. The next week, the car wouldn't start. I called the number for Roadside Assistance that came with the EasyCare plan (that I was rather obnoxiously pressured into buying), only to find that they had no record of me in their system, and if I wanted assistance, I'd have to pay $57. Since I had no alternative, I paid them, and brought my car to Ricart for repair. After about 4 days, I got my (allegedly repaired) car back. I've been driving it for 2 days now and already it's giving me trouble while starting, so I called to make another service appointment and found that they can't get me in for 6 days. So, I guess now I have to try to avoid driving my car for 6 days so I don't end up stranded somewhere with my useless EasyCare policy. At this rate, by the time I have to make my first payment, I'll have gotten about 2 weeks of use out of this car. After dealing with Ricart, I'm down $57 and have no reliable car. I really would have been better off to have kept my 13-year-old car and never set foot on the Ricart lot. Worst decision I ever made. Given Ricart's reputation, I'm appalled that I had this experience. More

Great sales representative We went to the dealership with a pretty narrow idea of what we were looking for in a used car. Not only did they have a vehicle that suited our needs, they had a variety to pick and choose from. Our sales representative was patient with us and listened to what we were looking for. I actually felt as if he was looking out for our best interest. This was great and all, but in the end the car we were really interested in was a little over our budget. We explained, and he met our request. We left a at our goal price with a car that was 2 years newer than expected and 20,000 miles less as well. We went home and the next day we noticed there was a chip in the windshield. Called up the salesmen to see if there was anything that we could do, and he took care of the concern. Above and beyond what I would expect. More

The worst was the finance employee. He was very rude and unprofessional. He also would not take no for an answer on purchasing an extended warranty with gap coverage. When you tell him no, he condescendingly asks if you're going to cover a couple thousand dollars in price gap if you total the vehicle. I will never buy another car at Ricart because of him. More
