I had been in the consumer sales business for quite a few years before I retired and I have heard the sales pitches and promises so much that I am ha I had been in the consumer sales business for quite a few years before I retired and I have heard the sales pitches and promises so much that I am hard to convince that a deal is just right for me. So when we stopped at Ricart I knew what I wanted and expected the rep to try and sell me something else. I was totally amazed when Marshall sat down with us and listened to what we wanted and did not try to push us into something else He listened to us, then told us the pro's and con's about the vehicles we were interested in. He didn't seem to give us a practiced song and dance about why we should go with something else and didn't try to push us in another direction. Thank you Marshall, for being a sales rep that I could believe in. And thanks to the other people we worked with. They were all very professional. More

Great dealership to deal with! I called Ricart auto after store hours to save the number to my phone but to my surprise John Thornton answered. He answered several questions and was extremely pleasant to deal with! In the next couple of weeks, I was on and off of the phone with John. I live out of state so we had to work out everything before I flew in to purchase the vehicle. John was phenomenal throughout the whole process and I never felt like he was pushing a sale or trying to make me purchase something I didn't want. John's days off are Sunday and Monday and it looked like that would be one of the days I would be able to fly it out there. This would mean that John wouldn't be there to get the full sale. John sincerely told me that it doesn't matter because it's all about the customer and what works for me! I did end up buying the vehicle on a day John was there. John's a class act! More

Brandon Byrd greeted us at the door as if we were family, and Cody Green came in on his day off to finish the sale. No high pressure, only accommodation. Overall, Ricart has the best selection and the best prices of any competitor in Central Ohio. More
