An hour before we reached the dealership we received a phone call that the truck was possibly sold!!! get to the dealership and there are 2 other people in front of us for the truck!!!! they now tell us they are a no hold dealership. after securing financing, driving 3 hours and staying at a motel..no truck. worst dealership i have dealt with in 40 years. . #1 ricart my att. The car had a lot of maintenance work (new tires all around and back rotors/brakes) that would be needed in the next few months. I gave them a decent offer yet the sales manager would not budge on the price. Two days later, the cost of the car was reduced to less than my offer. My wife and I decided on a new accord hybrid instead of going the used route. Brad gets an A+ for his customer service but the sales manager did not help at all in trying to close the deal. More
