He was pleasant ...and seemed very knowledgeable about your products. He was a no pressure sales man. He checked on us a couple times to see how we were doing and if we needed help..This car was for my 17 year old daughter..he was very patient. He helped her narrow 9 possible cars down to 2... and from there she was able to make a decision on a 2013 Hyundai Accent, We have never had anyone work so hard for a sale without any pressure!! Great experience - except for financial advisor I had a great experience here. Rick Milligan was very patient, very helpful, soft spoken and was not pushy. I highly recommend this dealership and am very satisfied with the help Rick gave. However, Michelle Hamilton, the financial advisor, was AWFUL. She was loud, basically screaming the details of extra insurance plans at myself and my father. Not only did we wait TWO HOURS to see this lady and sign the final papers, but she would not take no for an answer when we wanted to decline the added insurance package. She pushed, pushed, pushed, talked very fast, and failed to mention there was a $100 deductible. My dad initially agreed upon the insurance package, since it would be an extra 10-15 a month, but when signing the final paper, she then told us there was a $100 deductible. At that, we both said no. Her response was the following "i've spent 20 minutes explaining this to you people and NOW you want to say no? we have wasted this time now because your father doesnt want to protect you." The car only has 6000 miles and has a dealer warranty for 100,000 miles. I will still be protected, just not for extra stuff like the power windows breaking or my blue tooth breaking, etc, stuff along those lines. While signing the paperwork after this incident, every signature she added "now initial her, saying that you dont want to be protected according to your father's decision." I am 28 years old and my dad went with me so i wouldnt be talked into BS insurance. Also, her phone went off about 6 times while we were signing paperwork. It did not vibrate, it rang on the loudest ringtone, and she answered every single call. I was very offended. She proceeded to say "Jesus Crimany" which is highly offensive to me as i do not like when people say "Jesus" in any other way than a prayer. I had a great experience other than my time with Michelle Hamilton. Loud, boisterous, pushy, extremely RUDE. when someone says NO to extra insurance, that means NO. it does not mean give us dirty looks and question our answer and talk down upon us. RUDE!!! I am not rating my experience here because Rick would get 5 stars across the board and Michelle Hamilton would get 0 across the board. More

I worked with Ben K who only showed me cars that I wanted and that I was approved for. He did not pressure or try to sway me in any way. It was a fantastic first experience and I drove away with a suv that I LOVE. I dealt with Ryan S in the finance department and he was phenomenal as well. I appreciated having a stress free first time buying experience so much and if I lived in Ohio this would be the only place I would purchase a vehicle from ever!!! More

poor customer service I went to browse and possibly trade in my 04 Nissan Maxima. The salesman was nice, and the vehicle selection and test driving process was very smooth. I went to browse and possibly trade in my 04 Nissan Maxima. The salesman was nice, and the vehicle selection and test driving process was very smooth. They took my Nissan and appraised it. Now, mind you, before we even went to look at the cars, I told the salesman what my price range was for my monthly payments in line with the pricing of the vehicle. He agreed. So he takes me through the entire process which was several hours, and then he brings me the "numbers". As soon as I saw the paper, I was likr "uh-uh." It was insane! I don't have perfect credit, but it's not bad either. When I did the math on the lowest payment option for the six year term, they had me paying 10,000 above the actual price of the car! Crazy right!?Taxes and interest did not tack an additional 10,000 onto the price, so I'm wondering where did the rest of these charges come from! The salesman didn't have any answers to that. Then, they were only offering me 1000 on my trade-in, which was also not gonna happen, seeing as though two days before Jeff Wyler Chevrolet had appraised it, and were going to give me almost 2500 for it. Had I been an inexperienced car buyer, I may have smiled throughout the entire process, all the while being ripped off, but thannkfully this was not my first rodeo. The salesman used all of the usual tactics "you like the car right? you like me, don't you? It's just another dollar day" The same kind of pressure and guilt tactics that you find in a psychologically abusive relationship. My answer was, "not that much". I don't like anyone enough to pay 10,000 above market price! Word of advice, do all of your numbers before you go, because they will try to get over on you, and they do it with such good nature and mock sincerity, you'd barely even notice. In the end, I can't say that it was a waste of time, because now I don't ever have to be curious about the place again. Ive been there, and it was not a good experience. More

I plan on coming back to purchase another vehicle from him specifically because of how kind and patient he was with us and our toddler and how much time he took explaining our every question. If it were not for him we probably would not have purchased another vehicle at this time. But he really was, and has been, absolutely outstanding throughout this process. Some of our questions and problems with the dealership have not been the most pleasant but Chris has helped us whenever he could to help us better understand what was going on. The dealership itself has not been a pleasant experience with this car. Making me regret the purchase on more than one occasion. The only reason I am looking on the bright side and telling people of my "positive experience" is because of how much information and effort Chris has put forth. More
