We spent a couple of hours walking the lots looking at vehicles that met my requirements. At no time was I pressured to buy what he or the dealership was pushing. After not finding exactly what I wanted, I told him of a vehicle that I saw online. We went inside and found it on the computer. It was in another lot, because it was just released for sale. We didn't have the means to pay for that day so we agreed to return the next day. When we got home, I got online to review more details about the car and found that the online price was less than what was listed on the window. The next day I called Chase and told him what I had found and he said no problem, they would honor the lower price. The next day it took less than 10 minutes to refinance at the lower price. I gained much respect for Ricart and used car salesman like Chase. I will refer friends to them ! More
