When we walked in, we told them up front that we would be leaving with a vehicle, and the women we dealt with was great. After three hours, multiple test drives, we were told that our interest rate would be 5-8% with both of us being co-signers. My son is a young car buyer (and his score was low 600's) and they told me my score was slightly over 800. Supposedly his low 600 score was pulling up the interest rate by 2-4%. Tonight we bought a similar truck at a different dealership - at 3% interest with both of us co-signing- and my credit score magically went up by 33 points overnight. Right before we went in, I told my son that Ricart would mark us as "suckers" - a female and a young car-buyer. Who are the suckers now? More

I am a tell it like it is person and Gina is as close to a non-BS salesperson as you will find. I drove 120 miles for the right truck...twice. She understands that most buyers do not want the games and when looking at a used vehicle, they want a reliable vehicle at a fair price. I would highly recommend calling Gina if you are in the market. She will do her best to put you in the right vehicle. As for the management.....I guess it is wishful thinking that used car managers would ever change. Do anything for a dollar, which is their job so we are stuck dealing with the same old cluster-mess that is used car management. Yes, I would buy another car from Gina. More

Amazing Experience Back in May 2015 I hit a deer on the freeway and totaled my car. I had to go through all the paperwork that is involved with that. I stopped at Ricart and Greg was the one to greet me. I told him the situation and he was super nice about it. I was starting from ground 0. He helped me find the cars that best fit my needs (great fuel economy, spacious without being too big, affordable, great features, etc). I didn't drive off the lot with a car that day but Greg kept me up to date with cars in my budget and met my criteria. Finally the paperwork went trough and I was able to actually purchase a car so I called Greg (who if he misses your call calls you right back) and I went down and browsed the lot and he showed me my car I have now. I was concerned with 1 thing about it so he had the mechanics double check it and I came back the next day and bought the car. That was by far the best and nicest car shopping experience I have ever had! Greg didn't just do what he had to to get the sale, he went above and beyond. He took me seriously (as a 22 year old car shopping its rare) and explained any question I had in detail to be sure I understood. I would recommend Ricart and Greg any day! More
