UNBELIEVABLY POOR!!! Tanner was the worst "salesperson" I have ever worked with. He turned an easy deal for a used FIAT 500 into a slimy one to nailed down poor credit financing with a Chevy Impala. I wasted a month with these clowns and am writing detailed reviews on just how slimy, unprofessional, and unconcerned they are when they F*&^ something up, like my easy deal. I complained to their complaint person, "LYNN." I guess she didn't quite grasp how pissed off I am and said "well maybe Brady (new sales guy) could fix it. What an idiot. I wasted a month in preparations and three hours at the ratty dealership to be told the original idiot, TANNER put the wrong model in for financing. There are a lot of details I have put out on other complaint sites. Trust me people, this dealership is beset by slimy, indifferent sales people who don't return phone calls, emails, etc. When questioned or confronted they slime around for an easy answer and blame each other while the potential customer waits and is taken for grated. RICART SUCKS!!! Right down to the complaint area. I wouldn't go back to them if they GAVE me a car. I mean EVERY word. More
In Shop twice in two months only have had it three months So I bought a 2011 Kia Sorento back in October 2015. About three weeks into driving this vehicle, it started to die on me anytime I would go to statrt So I bought a 2011 Kia Sorento back in October 2015. About three weeks into driving this vehicle, it started to die on me anytime I would go to statrt it. One night im with my family and we went out to eat and after we was done we went to leave but needed a jump. So after having the car for 6 weeks I had it in the shop. Ricart told me it was the battery and they tested the alternator and started and those were good. So about 4 weeks later I was going 50mph on the rd and my car lights inside ,battery, oil, lights so on kept flashing and the screen also was flashing and then went just black and then the car shut down and breaks locked up. At this moment I was just happy i didnt wreck with my family inside the vehicle. So it took five different jumps from a mile away to my house. On Jan 11th I had the Kia Sorento towed to Ricart because it wouldnt start. Later I was contacted by service who stated the Kia needed a new alternator!!!! Wasnt that just checked to see if it was bad a month before? Then they go on to tell me that I needed new tires and a alignment because i was complianing of the wheel shaking while driving and it pulling to the right really bad. Ricart told me they will not give me new tires nor aline it because i have drove 3000 mile on the vehicle. Well how does 3000 miles cause bad tires and for the car to pull right which it started a few weeks after having it but got worse? I figured my car already being in the shop twice ricart would be fine helping a new coustomer with future buys. Btw isnt there a commercial where ricart is burning tires wasting them saying theres plenty of tires in used cars , but theres nothing they can do for a customer who just spent 28000 dollars on a car that has crappy tires after 3 months ? More

Tam the Man!! I have to say dealing with car salesmen for me is like dealing with the dentist or like dealing politicians. I anticipate their lies and horrible humor before they even open their mouth; this time my experience was different. Tam a 6'5 gentleman comes running out into the blistering cold as I am driving around the lot and attempts to stop my car. Well we try to shooo him away he successfully stops us and greets us. He immediately understands and receives my sarcasm with a smile and I am sold. I would buy every car in the future from him. I hope no matter what dealership he is at he will let me know. If it would have been the second person that greeted me i would not have stayed to buy the car! He made this sale worth the drive! Thanks Tam!!!! More

Phenomenal Car Buying Experience!! After spending many hours searching online at various dealerships and websites, we finally spotted a car that had everything we were looking for and i After spending many hours searching online at various dealerships and websites, we finally spotted a car that had everything we were looking for and it was at Ricart. The day we chose to go looking in person was a dreary rainy day. We had never been to Ricart before and were surprised to find that the Ricart dealership is almost it's own town. We didn't know where to go, so our plan was to just drive around the lot window shopping from our car. Luckily for us, Roy Duffy braved the elements, tracked us down, and guided us on the best car buying experience we have ever had. Unfortunately, the car we saw online just came in and was being serviced so we did not get to look at it. Roy did not let us get discouraged though. Always courteous, friendly, and professional, Roy sat and talked with us to get a better feel for what we were looking for and everything we wanted in our next vehicle. He provided us with an umbrella (nothing for himself in typical Marine fashion) and guided us around the lot. He showed us various vehicles, but only those that interested us and never tried to push something on us that we didn't want or was more than we wanted to spend. When it was all said and done we ended up going with a Ford Focus. A vehicle that we had kind of looked at but wasn't really on our radar. So far it has exceeded our expectations and so much more!! All thanks to Roy!! And to top it off, we were able to go through all the necessary paperwork, purchase the vehicle, and make it home in time to watch our New Orleans Saints play!! We really can't fully express our gratitude and joy we received by spending just a few hours with Roy and getting the right car for us!!! When the time comes to purchase a new vehicle, most people dread the entire car buying experience. We were no exception to this. We had put off getting a different vehicle just about as long as humanly possible. Luckily for us we decided to go to Ricart and got Roy as our sales associate!! We will recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle to head straight to Ricart and ask for Roy Duffy!!! Also a big shout out to Cass Powers in the finance department!!! Cass helped us every way that he could and was quick and knowledgeable with any questions we had! Thank you again Roy and Cass for an great experience!!! When the time comes for us to get another vehicle, stopping in at Ricart and seeing Roy is the first thing we will do! As a matter of fact, that is what everyone looking for a new vehicle should do. I was greeted immediately upon arrival, and quickly engaged in the process. My sales person, Dustin Saum, helped quickly narrow down the available vehicles in my price range, and the whole process was very quick. Dustin was friendly, knowledgeable, and did not pressure me at all, which is very important. Pressuring people when they are spending a lot of money is unacceptable, and quite frankly what I have experienced in other dealerships. I would definitely recommend Ricart, and Dustin specifically, to anyone I know who is looking to buy a quality used vehicle. -Pete Barnes More
