Fabulous experience at your Used Car Factory We have been looking for a used car for several months. We found one on March 8th and went out to Ricart the first thing in the morning. Jose Rivera met us because we had called first to see if the car was still available. Jose was wonderful, knowledgable and extremely helpful! We had another car we were exploring and Jose was great at pointing out the good points and concerning points between the two vehicles. He is a very nice salesman and explained the Motor Trend certified vehicle program to us and also the Easy Care Gold program, the Ricart Platium Rewards program, the best value guarantee, and the 72 hour exchange program. The car we purchased was certified and Jose put our minds at ease talking about everything the car had to pass for this certification. Once we decided on buying this car, Jose was just as accommodating with walking us through the rest of the process. I believe the young man's name was Ryan who assisted us with the loan and further explaining the Easy Care program. Ryan was very informative with stepping us through the tons of paperwork and we actually understood it all the next day! We walked away happy customers! Third time was a charm for us. We had visited the Used Car Factory twice before and were too late to purchase the car we wanted. Jose and Ryan represent Ricart very well! We have since talked to folks about who great an experience it was and are very happy with our new to us car. We have been Ford folks all our lives and were very happy to own another Ford! I must tell you that we had visited lots of dealerships and we found Ricart the best. Jose was the first salesman who treated me, the wife, as a I was a part of this decision. I have since been back to have the car detailed because we purchased it before it was cleaned up and that experience was my first disappointment. Jose kept apologizing that the car was not cleaned up yet and told me he would schedule an appointment, but I should block out a couple of hours for this to be done. I came on a Monday morning at 8:00AM and brought work to do to keep me busy for 2 to 3 hours. In an hour, my car was ready. I was shocked. When I got into the car, I saw it had not been detailed. The same dirt on the windows and dash was there. It looked like better on the outside, but it was not detailed. It was disappointing, but I thanked them and went to work. Ricart is a great company! That is my story and I am sticking to it! Have a great day! In answering the last question, it was the luck of the draw that Jose picked up the phone when I called that Saturday morning. More

Great overall I went in to the car buying experience negatively, Gina my salesperson ahowed me that buying a new car isnt that bad at all.
