Next morning washed the truck and notice FOUR cracks/chips in in the windshield two had tried to be repaired. Needless to say I am not a satisfied customer. UPDATE: Sent an email and a text 5 hours later I called the dealership spoke with my salesperson. He said "This one is on me" I saw one of he places as is was in my direct line of sight" He then said I will have the windshield replaced, two hours later glass company called and set up an appointment to replace it :) nothing else on the vehicle has a scratch on it, hard to figure this one out. The salesperson was very nice wasn't pushy just a little shocked that he would not have said something about it. After all was said and done my salesperson did the right thing, but had to called out on it first. Would I purchase again, I honestly don't know. More

(She seriously is like THE Best sales person everrrrrrr!!!) Not at once did I feel pressured into buying a bucket of bolts. She worked her magical car selling skils, but due to my credit (That's a whole other story!) anyways. I wasn't able to purchase a car from Gina (Super sad face!) She made this experience so awesome! (Hey Ricart boss people! You have a rock star, and her name is Gina!) I personally want to thank Gina for trying everything! The vans we found had too many miles or were in terrible shape. We were very discouraged and were about to give up our vehicle search all together. We looked one last time and expanded our search area and found the perfect van at Ricart! The condition and the price were amazing!! We packed 5 kids up in the car and drove there from Canton the next day to look at it fully expecting to be disappointed again. We were greeted by Tam Hopkins - Big T! He was patient, thorough & answered all of our questions! We never felt any pressure or rushed to make a decision or to buy. We knew that we had found the perfect car, the perfect dealership to buy it from and the best dealer to work with and to buy it from!! We had the best car buying experience anyone could have! They made popcorn for the kids and turned on video games for them to play and were so patient with us and our big family! They took their time to make sure we had the best deal/financing we could possibly have and went above and beyond to be helpful and made the kids feel at ease and at home while we finished the paperwork and bought our new amazing family dream minivan. When we are in the market again I am not messing time with any of the local dealerships around here locally - we are going back to Ricart and Big T! However, what takes my rating down to 4 from 5 was the overall customer experience. I was told I would be assisted shortly after I said what I was doing there. I waited for about an hour, and then had to state my purpose again before they finally paged Gina. Meanwhile, there are 20 people standing around doing absolutely nothing. Not one of those people said hi or asked if I was being helped, or even made eye contact when they walked by for that matter. More

Work an incredible deal for us and handed us off to Cass in financing. Cass went above and beyond to get us the lowest interest rate possible and even worked in his day off to make it happen. We will be recommending Ricart to all of our friends and family. More importantly we will be recommending Brad and Austin to them. We couldn't have been more impressed and satisfied with his 'over the top' assistance. We were interested in a 2007 Hummer H3. He offered to let us test drive the H3 and we immediately new this was the vehicle we've been looking for the past 3-4 months. He quickly filled out all of the pertinent information/documents in order for us to submit and make an offer. After a brief and pleasant bid, we were the proud owners.
